Environmental Consulting Service Rates
At Verde Environmental, we are proud to offer some of the highest value environmental consulting services in Central Florida. You won't find another company that combines
our level of expertise with our pricing structure. Our attention to detail ensures that your project gets done right! |
Verde offers two locations (Gainesville and Ormond Beach) to better serve all of Central and North Florida (Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, Melbourne). We price each job individually, but you can get an idea about pricing from the information below. Bundling services usually saves you considerable money because of reduced travel costs and mapping hours. Feel free to leave us the property address or County Parcel ID # and a brief description detailing your needs in the contact form. We'll be sure to get you a formal proposal as soon as we can.
We create custom quotes for every property our clients bring us. Prices for a Wetland Delineation vary based on several factors. The amount of wetland line and the travel distance are the primary variables. Some counties (Osceola, Hillsborough, etc.) require a Mitigation Assessment (UMAM Analysis) to evaluate wetland buffers in addition to a Wetland Delineation. A Conceptual Development Plan takes the land evaluation a step further, including a preliminary site plan map that calculates wetland impacts and displays them along with upland buffers. Service additions based on County requirements may incur additional fees. Gopher Tortoise Surveys/Listed Species Habitat Assessments are priced dependent upon the amount of likely tortoise habitat needing to be surveyed, the perceived thickness of the vegetation, and travel distance. For lots under 5 acres, these can typically be completed for $800 and $1200. We'll typically mention having a LSHA/GT Survey completed if a property is mapped as having well drained or excessively well drained soils. These types of soil increase the likelihood of finding Listed Species living on the property. Verde also offers help with Permitting. One of the more common permits we work with is the Environmental Resource Permit or ERP. The majority of our fees are derived from the hours it take to write the mitigation plan, complete the associated UMAM worksheets, make multiple site visits, and correspondence with the State. Please contact us for a custom price quote. Additional fees include the cost of mitigation, permit fees, surveying, etc. |
