Verde offers two locations (Gainesville and Ormond Beach) to better serve all of Central and North Florida (Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, Melbourne). We price each job individually, but you can get an idea about pricing from the information below. Bundling services usually saves you considerable money because of reduced travel costs and mapping hours. Feel free to leave us the property address or county parcel id number and a brief description about what you want done in the contact form and we'll be sure to get you a formal proposal as soon as we can.
Usually we can complete a Wetland Delineation on a lot under 5 acres for somewhere between $800 and $1200. The amount of wetland line and the travel distance are the primary variables. To add a Mitigation Assessment (UMAM Analysis) adds about $200 to most Wetland Delineations. Some of the more restrictive counties base the size of their wetland buffers off this (Osceola, Hillsborough, etc.) and will sometimes require it. A Conceptual Development Plan takes it a step further and includes a preliminary site plan map that calculates wetland impacts and displays them along with upland buffers (adds $350 to a Delineation and includes a Mitigation Assessment). Gopher Tortoise Surveys/Listed Species Habitat Assessments are priced dependent upon the amount of likely tortoise habitat needing to be surveyed, the perceived thickness of the vegetation, and travel distance. For lots under 5 acres, these can typically be completed for $800 and $1200. If we see that a property is mapped as having well drained or excessively well drained soils, we'll typically mention having a LSHA/GT Survey done due to the higher potential of Listed Species presence. Verde also offers help with Permitting. One of the more common permits we work with is the Environmental Resource Permit or ERP. The majority of our fees are derived from the hours it take to write the mitigation plan, complete the associated UMAM worksheets, make multiple site visits, and correspondence with the State. Typically, our fees run between $3000 and $5000 for our help with obtaining ERPs. This does not include the cost of mitigation, permit fees, surveying, etc. |
